It's my first time taking a plane ride, by AirAsia to Penang with my daddy and mummy. We rented a car, travelled around the island, and stayed at Evergreen Laurel Hotel along Gurney Drive for 4 days/3 nights. Basically, we would eat, sleep, shop - a relaxing holiday. We would have the hotel buffet breakfast for an hour plus, then proceeded back to the room for my short nap. After my shower, we headed to nearby shopping mall - The Gurney Plaza or other interesting attractions like Pinang Peranakan Mansion, The Butterfly Farm, Hard Rock Cafe, The Penang Bridge (to Butterworth).

Then we went back to the hotel for a quick washup, and we would head towards the nearby makan area for Penang delicious local cuisine like Assam Laska, Bak Kut Teh, Prawn noodles, Lor Mee, Char Koay Teow, Rojak, Fried Oyster, Grilled Spring Chicken, Banana Pancake, Popiah, and even durians...all so yummy. Yes, my daddy & mummy had a big feast while I only could drink my milk or eat my cereal. We even stopped along the roadside while driving, to eat the salted dumplings!

Anyway, I had a great time at the Butterfly Farm where I could feel the butterflies around me, I would touch them with my bare hands!

Oh, I had my first taste of wholemeal bread by feeding myself, but most of the time, the rest of the bread will be out of my radar. Also I had banana, it's sweet and I love it. See how I held the banana so steadily.
