My daddy & mummy had a sumptuous lunch buffet at Saltwater Café, Changi Village Hotel on a hot & sunny Sunday afternoon. I lost count how many rounds mummy helped herself to the buffet spread of mee siam, salad, briyani rice with lady fingers, mutton and fish curries, cream of vegetable soup, pasta, nonya kueh, many other assorted chinese and indian dishes, fruits and ice cream. Even before we left, my mummy headed for the chicken char siew bun one last round!

No wonder my mummy kept complaining about her weight gain. I conclude it is not my putting on too much baby fat, but something else...
